The participant is responsible for covering the accommodation expenses at the hotel throughout the duration of the conference as follows:

Single room 300 Dollar

Double room 200 Dollar (per person)

Participation without hotel accommodation is 70 USD (2000TRY) This includes participation in all workshops and seminars accompanying the conference, as well as refreshments and meals during the conference days.
