The second and final day witnessed several sessions and workshops that addressed key topics, starting with the workshop “The Palestinian Journalist Facing Genocide,” followed by a session on utilizing modern digital technologies to develop the Palestinian narrative, and another discussing “The Responsibility of Global Journalism Towards the Palestinian Narrative.” Other workshops tackled priorities and responsibilities in presenting the Palestinian narrative, in addition to discussing “The Palestinian Narrative in French-Language Media” and “The Palestinian Narrative and Artistic Production.” Participants also discussed confronting the occupation’s falsifications with a comprehensive strategic approach. 

Other topics included “Countering Digital Platforms’ Bias Against the Palestinian Narrative” and “The Palestinian Narrative in the Latin American Sphere.”

The day’s sessions concluded with a symposium titled “Strategic Directions for a New Phase of the Palestinian Narrative,” marking the end of the Tawasul 4 conference. The forum’s management delivered a closing address, thanking more than 600 media professionals, journalists, intellectuals, and artists supporting the Palestinian cause, who honored the conference with their presence from around 60 countries. They enriched the sessions, discussions, and workshops with their input, leading to a set of recommendations, the most notable of which are:

1. Launching a training program for 220 young journalists in Gaza.

2. Equipping 20 journalists with necessary tools.

3. Collaborating with media partners to employ several journalists in Gaza.

4. Organizing visits by foreign press delegations to Gaza. 

5.Hosting regional forums in various cities worldwide to promote the Palestinian narrative. 6.Extending the Creativity Award and introducing special prizes for content creators in Gaza.

In conclusion, the Tawasul Forum extended heartfelt thanks to all participants and organizers who contributed to the success of the conference. It called for continued diligent work to keep the Palestinian cause at the forefront of global media attention until justice is achieved and oppression is lifted from our people.
