The Palestine International Forum for Media and Communication Concludes the Activities of its Fourth Conference \u201cTawasul 4\u201d<\/b><\/h2>\n

The Palestine International Forum for Media and Communication \u201cTawasul\u201d concluded the activities of its fourth conference, held under the title \u201cThe Palestinian Narrative: A New Phase.\u201d<\/figure>\n

<\/p>\n

 The second and final day witnessed several sessions and workshops that addressed key topics, starting with the workshop \u201cThe Palestinian Journalist Facing Genocide,\u201d followed by a session on utilizing modern digital technologies to develop the Palestinian narrative, and another discussing \u201cThe Responsibility of Global Journalism Towards the Palestinian Narrative.\u201d Other workshops tackled priorities and responsibilities in presenting the Palestinian narrative, in addition to discussing \u201cThe Palestinian Narrative in French-Language Media\u201d and \u201cThe Palestinian Narrative and Artistic Production.\u201d Participants also discussed confronting the occupation\u2019s falsifications with a comprehensive strategic approach. <\/p>\n

Other topics included \u201cCountering Digital Platforms\u2019 Bias Against the Palestinian Narrative\u201d and \u201cThe Palestinian Narrative in the Latin American Sphere.\u201d<\/p>\n

The day\u2019s sessions concluded with a symposium titled \u201cStrategic Directions for a New Phase of the Palestinian Narrative,\u201d marking the end of the Tawasul 4 conference. The forum\u2019s management delivered a closing address, thanking more than 600 media professionals, journalists, intellectuals, and artists supporting the Palestinian cause, who honored the conference with their presence from around 60 countries. They enriched the sessions, discussions, and workshops with their input, leading to a set of recommendations, the most notable of which are:<\/p>\n

1.\tLaunching a training program for 220 young journalists in Gaza.<\/p>\n

2.\tEquipping 20 journalists with necessary tools.<\/p>\n

3.\tCollaborating with media partners to employ several journalists in Gaza.<\/p>\n

4.\tOrganizing visits by foreign press delegations to Gaza. <\/p>\n

5.Hosting regional forums in various cities worldwide to promote the Palestinian narrative.\n6.Extending the Creativity Award and introducing special prizes for content creators in Gaza.<\/p>\n

In conclusion, the Tawasul Forum extended heartfelt thanks to all participants and organizers who contributed to the success of the conference. It called for continued diligent work to keep the Palestinian cause at the forefront of global media attention until justice is achieved and oppression is lifted from our people.<\/p>\n
